the location provided easy access to nearby restaurants. the complimentary upgrade to a room with a bath enhanced our stay. our room was fine and included everything we needed. the decor was high-end, and the facilities were managed by professional staff.
i had to chase to get the promised invoice.

the staff were helpful. breakfast had great local produce served. the hotel had private parking close. i liked the beautiful toiletries provided in abundance. the superior room offered much space. i found fresh milk for tea a nice touch.
the wacky decor was like the hotel charged more.
